You might want to try windows movie maker. You can put the clips back to back and then add curtain effects. You can also add music. The best way to do that is to play whatever song you want on your computer and record it with your web cam then import the audio onto your audio section under your timeline. What software should i use to merge video clips and put little areas in slow motion?
You need to buy a good video editor for those functions(Multi-track, slo-mo, etc.). BTW slo-mo isn't as easy as it looks. If the video is shot in regular speed (instead of high speed) the slow-mo will be super choppy. The editing that you want to do doesn't just happen with a few mouse clicks, you have to have really good software and take the time to learn it (over several months and years).

To start, you can try Adobe Premiere Elements, Pinnacle, Video StudioWhat software should i use to merge video clips and put little areas in slow motion?
To merge video clips, I recommend you use iMovie Total Video Converter Pro which has function of merging videos. It is professional to convert different video files, such as converting avi to mp4, wmv to mkv, flv to mov, etc. It can also be used to convert videos to iPod, iPhone, Apple TV and other portable players. To help you enjoy more beautiful videos, it has edit functions. It can crop black edges, trim or clip any part of time, merge some videos into one file, etc.
