What is the best estate agency software ?

I am running an Estate %26amp; Letting Agency in the U.K. I am looking for a software to keep our database, photos of the properties, managing them, sending emails through it, keeping records of activities and all that sort of things.



I found a few software but they are quiet expensive, we do not want to pay monthly, we want to pay it one time at the beginning and forget about it as we do not like receiving bills.



We do not need technical support because we have employees who has IT skills.
