Whats a good software to use for Anime?

I am looking to make short anime's but I can not find good software to use.

I am talking close to Bleach,Claymore, Deathnote etc.

Any suggestions, free or pay just want to know what is out there that would be good. Would like low price rang and high price range just all very good software out there please.
