FRAPS is the best PC recording software for video games.I know lots of people who use it.If you want to record Xbox360/PS3,get a Capture card,look it up.Or if You want a professional gamming software,get an HD PVR..like i said look them up.Also a good mic or turtle beach is good for recording audio.
